Job Description
Job Summary:
The Manager Sales Administration oversees the sales department’s administrative tasks, including managing sales data, coordinating operations, and ensuring accurate and timely sales processes. This role involves working closely with the sales team to support their efforts and track performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing discipline to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing and ensure adherence to route plans for showrooms, van sales, and depots.
- Oversee mobile tracking, conduct random checks, and audit field operations for compliance.
- Spend 80% of the time visiting retail and wholesale locations to standardize systems and processes.
- Ensure adherence to policies, handle disciplinary actions, and involve HR for serious offenses.
- Maintain records of sales performance to align with company targets.
- Prepare and validate incentives for timely HR submission.
- Monitor and approve field sales and support function expenses.
- Address grievances, lead recruitment, and involve HR as needed.
- Visit warehouses and depots to ensure system compliance and coordinate corrective actions.
- Represent the company in legal matters and organize employee events.
