Role Description
We are currently hiring a full-time Safety Officer to join our team in Batticaloa. The role involves managing health & safety, occupational health, accident investigations, security, and safety training to ensure the well-being of our construction personnel.
Qualifications
- Skills in Health & Safety Management, Occupational Health, and Accident Investigation
- Experience in implementing safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification or degree in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus
