Job Description
We are on the lookout for motivated, competent, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Manager – Risk & Compliance in Colombo.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, Leading, Organizing, and Executing the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
- Communicating audit findings and recommendations with management.
- Monitoring prior audit findings and ensuring proper resolutions.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks. Conducting snap audits.
Requirements:
- ACCA qualification with 5 years’ auditing experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Healthcare Industry or similar business environments is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within Colombo and suburbs as needed.
