Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist finance and sales team with continuous follow up of collections locally and in overseas regions.
- Creating procedures and policies for timely payments and customer retention.
- Follow up on purchase orders and invoicing.
- Interpret data, generate reports, and prepare sales collection reports.
- Coordinate agreements with legal and project teams.
- Provide administrative support for Sales & Project teams.
- Coordinate operations between HQ and overseas offices.
- Support activities for ISO audits and certifications.
Experience, qualifications, and attributes required:
- Diploma or degree in Management or relevant field.
- Proven work experience in related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- High ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Great interpersonal skills.
