Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations across retail showrooms within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance and ensure each showroom meets its sales targets.
• Train, mentor, and support showroom managers to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure showrooms are well-stocked with key products.
• Analyze sales trends and customer data to optimize showroom performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and a high level of customer satisfaction across all showrooms.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Handle budgeting and expense management of the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably as a Territory Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and sales reports to make informed business decisions.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple showrooms within a territory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
