Job Description
- Maintain good customer relations and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a customer base.
- Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure repeat purchases.
- Achieving assigned sales targets.
- Organizing and carrying out daily work schedules.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolves customer complaints.
- Acquire product knowledge to ensure customers’ requirements are understood and right products are offered.
- Handle the online order processing function.
- Be a team player and work towards company goals as a team.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer queries.
- Handle multiple and varying roles within the showroom operation.
