• Support the store manager in daily operations and overall store management.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Supervise and train retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

• Monitor sales performance and assist in preparing sales reports.

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the store manager.
