Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Retail Salesperson for our Nawala showroom. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting vinyl flooring, providing product knowledge, ensuring outstanding customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and Retail Sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of Retail sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with SAP is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience in flooring or home improvement industry is a bonus
- High school diploma or equivalent
