Job Description

Designation: Retail Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Reporting to: National Sales Manager – Retail

Job Summary:

• Manage daily operations in retail showrooms within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales performance and ensure showrooms meet targets.
• Train, mentor, and support showroom managers for operational excellence.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain key products inventory.
• Analyze sales trends and customer data for showroom optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency and high customer satisfaction.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Handle budgeting and expense management.
• Conduct regular showroom visits for compliance and standards.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Proven retail management experience, preferably as a Territory Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service delivery.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple showrooms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
