- Plan workloads, prioritize tasks, and set growth-oriented goals
Qualifications
- Business Management or MBA degree preferred
- 2-3 years management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Numerical skills, proactive leadership, and ability to lead change
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends
- Excellent communication skills
