Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve 100% of Set Targets: Ensure full achievement of sales, turnover, and operational targets while driving market share growth in the Retail Channel.
• Provide daily updates to senior management on sales performance and key metrics for informed decision-making.
• Set high standards of leadership, fostering enthusiasm, teamwork, and loyalty within the retail sales team while promoting company values.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage retail staff to enhance operational efficiency and performance, holding them accountable for their results.
• Conduct regular and unplanned field visits to retail locations to assess market conditions, customer feedback, and staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to store operations plans and standards, including visual merchandising and customer service excellence.
• Continuously monitor retail sales targets and take corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while managing stock turnover and reducing excess inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relationships and drive customer loyalty in retail stores.
• Drive cost-efficiency measures within retail operations, managing resources effectively without compromising quality or customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• Proven 5 years experience in retail operations or channel management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in developing and implementing channel strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, and performance metrics to optimize operations.
• Familiarity with retail management systems, POS systems, and supply chain processes.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure.
• Focus on enhancing customer experience and improving service delivery.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
