Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operations management? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s team and oversee the bustling operations of our client’s vibrant mall.

Designation: Operations Manager

Location: Colombo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to meet tenant and customer needs effectively.
  • Supervise security and janitorial staff for a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor expenses, maintain budgets, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Drive footfall and sales opportunities through strategic initiatives.
  • Implement cost-reduction measures for operational efficiency.
  • Plan events, engage in leasing, and promote activities to boost revenue.
  • Maintain high property standards through inspections and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies for enhanced efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in Property/Retail or facilities management.
  • Proven track record in improving operational performance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
