About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and operations for a top fashion retail company in Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include brand development, driving sales growth, and ensuring a superior retail experience aligned with the company’s vision. The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion background, proven leadership abilities, and expertise in brand and retail management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail or brand management experience, especially in fashion.
- Experience in multi-store operations management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of fashion retail and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and retail management software.
- Creative with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies for market presence and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine brand positioning.
- Align retail activities with brand identity and vision.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze sales data and feedback for growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory, sales targets, and visual merchandising.
