Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Colombo 03
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experiences while upholding high service standards.
- Oversee restaurant operations for superior Product Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Maintain regular contact with guests to receive feedback.
- Lead with passion to motivate the team.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar role experience
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverages
- Strong time management skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
