Job Description
HEADQUARTERS BY W15 is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our rooftop bar operations. Join us at the stunning HQ Colombo building and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and culinary experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage restaurant and bar operations.
- Ensure high service standards.
- Maintain food and beverage quality.
- Adhere to budget and cost controls.
- Maximize revenues and implement strategies.
- Review guest feedback and improve service.
- Recruit and train F & B colleagues.
- Organize inventories and conduct spot checks.
- Lead department meetings.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management.
- 4-5 years of related experience.
- Customer-focused with industry knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Flexible availability.
