Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee dining services for weddings, corporate events, and banquets. The role involves managing food & beverage operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly in banquet functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Supervise food & beverage operations for quality service
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant staff
- Maintain teamwork and communication within the team
- Manage banquet functions and events smoothly
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service and management experience
- Expertise in banquet functions and event management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in F&B operations
- Prior restaurant or hotel management experience required
- Hospitality certifications are advantageous
