Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at CHOLA HOSPITALITIES (PVT) LTD located in Colombo. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and implementing strategies to improve the restaurant’s performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
