Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Hostess. Responsibilities include greeting and seating customers, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills and communication
- Experience in handling reservations and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Sinhala, Tamil is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
