Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Chaarya Resort and Spa. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, providing training, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will report to the General Manager and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Sales and marketing experience
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines and beverages
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent to five-star experience
