Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager located in the Southern province. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing property operations, budgeting, hiring staff, and providing exceptional customer service daily.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Resort Manager in a senior hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performance culture.
- Exceptional organizational, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort operations, food & beverage, housekeeping, and front desk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
