Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kandy for a Reservations Officer at Earl’s Regency Hotel. The Reservations Officer will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with guests, making sales, and managing airline ticketing.
Qualifications
- Reservations, Sales, and Airline Ticketing skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
