Job Description
To understand customer’s travel needs and offer solutions to meet those needs.
- To make new bookings or amend existing bookings for customers in office or by telephone.
- To provide information, answer queries and support customers and potential customers.
- To collect payment for tickets or service fees and issue tickets.
- Proactively offer additional services or information as may be needed by the customer.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in ticketing and reservations, or diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, aviation or a related field.
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Able to work under pressure, provide solutions to unhappy customers and resolve problems.
