RESERVATIONS EXECUTIVE

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Handle all Reservation inquiries received online or via Telephone in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner

 Ensure all Reservations are recorded and entered, following Standard Company Procedures

 Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with guests by communicating in a clear, friendly and polite manner

 Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding reservations

 Coordinating daily with on-site teams

 Responding to Social Media inquiries

 Sending out general emails that include Special Offers to travel agents, and guest database.  Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:

 A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory

 Successfully completed O/L s and A/Ls

 Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

 Proficiency in English

 Strong computer proficiency and email communication skills

 Attention to detail and the ability to resolve customer issues

 Ability to multi task
