Job Description
Responsibilities
· Handle all reservation inquiries from travel agents and direct guests.
· Proficiency in utilizing various systems, including the Central Reservation System (CRS) employed by the reservation team.
· Maximize conversion of inquiries and maintain relationships with travel agents by communicating in a clear, friendly, and polite manner.
· Proactively upsell & cross-sell products within the chain.
· Provide timely updates to the management and colleagues regarding occupancy reports, rates, and budgets.
· Assist in the coordination and distribution of work.
· Comprehensive knowledge of OTA & Channel Manager.
Prerequisites
· Excellent written and communication skills.
· A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the hotel sector is mandatory.
· A positive character with a professional attitude.
