Responsibilities:

• Handle all reservation inquiries with a friendly, effective & prompt manner.
• Ensure all reservations are recorded and entered following company procedures.
• Maximize conversation of inquiries and maintain guest relationships.
• Update management and colleagues regarding reservations.
• Coordinating with on-site teams and responding to Social Media inquiries.
• Sending emails with special offers to agents and guest database.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of similar hotel experience mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
