Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage reservations using the opera system
• Handle guest inquiries and bookings across multiple properties
• Implement creative strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Collaborate with various departments for seamless guest experiences
• Monitor reservation trends for strategic decision-making
• Stay informed about property features, promotions, and packages
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hotel reservations, preferably in upscale properties
• Proficiency in opera PMS system
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of revenue management principles is a plus

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Numerical and analytical aptitude
• Ability to work flexible hours
