Role Description: Full-time role for a Reservations Assistant, responsible for managing reservations, guest communication, customer service, and sales support.
Qualifications:
- Reservations and Reserves management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Sales experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Relevant certification or diploma in Hotel Management
