The Opportunity
Job Responsibilities:
- Making reservations for customers via telephone and email.
- Answering customer questions accurately.
- Providing support for reservation amendments and cancellations.
- Processing payments and sending confirmations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communicator
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Computer literate
Additional Details:
- Required Work hours 5.30 pm to 2.30 am Sri Lankan time.
- Must reliably commute to Colombo 7.
- Company-provided transportation for shifts ending after 10 pm within 10km radius.
- Employment by Sri Lankan company and payment in LKR.
