Ishq Luxury Villas, a collection of luxury villas in Colombo and Talpe, is seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join their team. The role involves handling reservation requests, managing online platforms, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation requests and inquiries professionally
- Respond promptly to guest comments and inquiries
- Manage online booking platforms to optimize bookings
- Identify guest needs and manage room reservations
- Handle special requests and create personalized experiences
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in Reservation Executive role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in managing online platforms
- Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences
