Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at absolute lanka tours located in Negombo. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling phone reservations, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in handling reservations and performing receptionist duties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
