Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing rates and promotions on OTAs and hotel reservation systems.
- Coordinating daily with on-site reservation teams.
- Updating and maintaining the reservation report daily.
- Updating and maintaining hotel rates report of the W15 Collection properties.
- Sharing reservation report with Management daily.
- Responding to guest feedback on Google, Trip Advisor, and other Review platforms.
- Maintaining Competitor Analysis Report daily.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or public relations, preferably in hospitality or travel industries.
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
