Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing rates and promotions on OTAs and hotel reservation systems.
• Coordinating daily with on-site reservation teams.
• Updating and maintaining the reservation report daily.
• Updating and maintaining hotel rates report of the W15 Collection properties.
• Sharing reservation report with Management daily.
• Responding to guest feedback on Google, Trip Advisor, and other Review platforms.
• Maintaining Competitor Analysis Report daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or public relations, preferably in hospitality or travel industries.
• Customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
