This full-time on-site position as a Reservation Executive & Trainee Reservation in Colombo involves managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Communication and customer service skills
- Experience in reservations and sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and other languages is advantageous
- Higher studies in Hospitality or Tourism is a benefit
