Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Sofia Colombo City Hotel. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales efforts.
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to achieve high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Reservations and Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
