Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Reservation Executive in the Hospitality industry.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Work Type: Onsite
Working hours: 9 PM – 6 AM
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Type of Appointment: Full time
Closing Date: 23.03.2024
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and advising customers on travel options
- Making reservations based on customer requirements
- Checking accommodation/transport availability
- Planning travel itineraries
- Processing payments and resolving booking issues
- Promoting reservation services and providing customer support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 2 years of sales or PR experience in hospitality/travel
- Customer service and communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Data entry experience
