Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Reservation Executive in the Hospitality Industry.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Work Type: Onsite
Working hours: 9 PM – 6 AM, Mon-Fri
Type of Appointment: Full time
Closing Date: 23.03.2024
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and advising customers in choosing travel options.
- Making reservations based on customer requirements and budget.
- Checking accommodation and transportation availability.
- Planning travel itineraries and suggesting local attractions.
- Processing payments and resolving booking issues.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering customer questions and providing support.
- Up-selling additional services or packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- 2 years of sales or public relations experience in hospitality or travel.
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Data entry experience.
