Job Description

Sparkwinn is seeking Research Interns who will be involved in designing, implementing, and managing qualitative and quantitative research projects in areas such as Education, Gender, Health, and more.
Responsibilities include:
- Project management for timely and high-quality delivery
- Designing research tools and conducting research
- Supervising field staff and analyzing data for strategic insights
- Writing professional reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in report/academic writing
- Ability to work in teams with attention to detail
- Interest in data, insights, and stories
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 6 months-1 year experience in Research, Consulting, CRM is a plus
