Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the Bank’s Remittance Business and support the frontline on key agendas.
- Achieve overall Remittance fee targets.
- Manage all remittance business including Western Union/ Instant Cash.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational risk, and other matters.
- Address operational issues and ensure smooth business performance.
- Monitor, review, and engage with channel management for business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience with 2 years in managerial role in remittance services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local and international remittance processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and remittance platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
