Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Prestige Customers at Amãna Bank in Colombo. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high net-worth customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Islamic banking principles
- Experience in wealth management or high net-worth customer relationship management
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g. CIM, CIMA) are a plus
