Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Prestige Customers at Amãna Bank in Colombo. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high net-worth customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles
• Experience in wealth management or high net-worth customer relationship management
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g. CIM, CIMA) are a plus
