Job Description
Position: Relationship Manager
Experience: Minimum 1 year
We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills to help our team achieve its goals. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing client expectations during the conveyancing process, acting as the key contact throughout their property purchase or sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely updates to clients and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Understand and enhance our products and processes for better stakeholder service.
- Ensure smooth case progression and update systems accordingly.
- Identify and present products/services according to client needs.
- Manage the complaints procedure professionally and provide quick resolutions.
- Offer guidance to internal teams on case progressions.
- Work independently to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- A qualification from a recognized university is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Availability to work UK business hours:
Summer: 13:30 – 22:00
Winter: 14:30 – 23:00
