Job Description
Principle Account abilities: All prospective candidates should be highly ambitious, self-motivated individuals who possess the ability to assess financial, investment, and life-related insurance needs of potential customers. They should be able to sell insurance products through our bank partners, achieve set sales objectives, maintain business relationships with clients, and engage in bancassurance related activities.
Qualifications:
- 3 passes in A/L’s (Degree/Full or part qualification in Marketing/Management would be advantageous)
- 2 years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Ability to speak Tamil would be advantageous)
- Flair for Sales and Positive attitude
