Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing Compliance: Coordinating and preparing documents for licensing and compliance reporting. Compiling and maintaining the licensing documentation of the company, in a physical and a digital master file.
  • Policies and procedure implementation: Conduct compliance reviews, perform compliance monitoring and implement new policies and procedures in the company.
  • Prepare internal reports and management information, assist in filing regulatory reports. Monitor business activities and implement specific measures as necessary. Handle administrative queries raised by the senior management.

Skills and Abilities

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Building Working Relationships: Building and maintaining effective working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong research skills and an undergraduate degree are required.
  • Qualified lawyer or law degree holder is desirable but not essential.
