Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and qualified individual to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing Anuradhapura, Kilinochchi, Jaffna, Mannar, and Vavuniya areas.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales in the specified region, managing a team of Territory Managers and Sales Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to the field sales team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and liaise with distributors.
- Provide effective sales strategies and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in TAMIL is mandatory.
- Professional qualifications in sales, marketing, or business administration.
- Prior experience in lubricant or FMCG industry is advantageous.
- Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
