Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and qualified candidate to join our sales team as a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the following areas: Anuradhapura, Kilinochchi, Jaffna, and Vavuniya.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales in the above area while leading a team including Territory Managers, and Sales Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a sales plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to field sales team members (Territory Managers, Sales Executives).
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers and distributors.
• Understand customer needs and inform them about available products and services.
• Coordinate with product distributors.
• Prepare sales reports as requested by management.
• Offer effective and timely sales strategies to customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Explore new market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage for this position.
• Professional qualifications in sales, marketing, business administration, or business management.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the lubricant or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
• Ability to develop results-orientated sales techniques and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional customer service, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
