Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-admission services, guiding students through applications and visas.
- Manage a customer-centric team ensuring swift processing of student applications.
- Provide frontline support, resolving issues with student applications and visas.
- Meet Service Level Agreements and team KPI targets.
- Maintain strong recruiter relationships and drive student enrollments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, universities, and embassies.
- Train and manage a high-performing admissions and sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in international education, admissions, or student placement.
- Strong knowledge of global education systems and application processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
