Job Description
Responsible for managing regional operations and serving as a liaison between channel partners and Headquarters (HQ).
Ensure high-quality service delivery to students from initial inquiries to conversions.
Drive regional growth by fostering relationships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage channel partners to achieve student conversion targets.
Travel extensively within the region to generate business and onboard new partners.
Review partner performance and identify areas for improvement to maintain high service quality.
Train field staff to enhance student engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with HQ Business Units to provide channel partners with resources and knowledge on universities, admissions, and visa processes.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute regional strategies, providing ground-level support and insights.
Coordinate with Business Units, the marketing team, the operations team, and senior leadership to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment.
Position Requirements:
High-energy professional with 6-8 years of experience, preferably in the study abroad sector or related field.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to learn new domain knowledge quickly.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and operational management skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the study abroad industry.
B2B sales experience is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively to maintain partner relationships and drive results.
