Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and expand market share within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals & distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven adjustments to achieve targets.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team to foster high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3.5 years’ experience in business development or sales management in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year in regional management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
