Role Description
This full-time on-site position as Regional Officer at LOLC Life Assurance involves overseeing operations in the Colombo region. Responsibilities include team management, sales strategy development, internal coordination, and client/stakeholder relationship building.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Knowledge of insurance industry and products
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
