Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Distribution Manager located in Nittambuwa. The Regional Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day distribution operations, managing logistics, coordinating with regional distributors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Logistics Management, Supply Chain, and Distribution Operations expertise
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in inventory management and forecasting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
