POSITION: IT Business Development Manager
LOCATION: Colombo, Sri Lanka
WORKING DAYS: Sunday to Thursday
SALARY: 300K to 350K + incentives + overseas travelling
OVERVIEW: We are looking for a motivated IT Business Development Manager to join CAREER141, a leading IT solutions provider in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT sales background and be open to international travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify and target potential clients to expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Tailor IT solutions to meet customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate value of IT solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Participate in industry events to enhance market presence.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in IT sales.
