Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on networks, applications, and systems.

• Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities, providing detailed reports with findings and recommendations.

• Develop and execute red team exercises to simulate advanced persistent threats (APTs) and assess organizational defenses.

• Collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and improve overall security posture.

• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.

• Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and techniques for penetration testing and red team engagements.

• Assist in creating and refining security policies, procedures, and standards.

• Provide training and support to junior team members and other departments on security best practices.

• Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise during security incidents.

Requirements:

• One to two years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or a related field.

• Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester (eJPT).

• Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency with various security tools and frameworks (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).

• Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and application security.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality and security.
